You can purchase a protection plan through our website, over the phone or visit us at our Dealership. You are not required to have an inspection done on your vehicle or be here in person to purchase your Protection Plan, everything can be done from the comfort of your Home or Office.

Well it's quite simple we are a volume dealer when it comes to selling GM Protection Plans and since we sell so many we are able to pass the savings on directly to you. We are also not mandated to sell the Protection Plans at M.S.R.P. unlike some states which include Florida that have to by Law.

There are two different levels of coverage Platinum & Silver. The Platinum Coverage covers all Parts & Repairs on your vehicle except for what is listed in Exclusions, The Silver Coverage is a component based plan which covers Engine, Transmission, Drive Axle, Turbocharger/Supercharger, Transfer case, Steering Components, Basic electrical, Enhanced electrical, Air bag/Safety restraint system, Brakes, Air Conditioning system, Seals & Gaskets.

Battery Components, Headlamps sealed beams & light-bulbs, Key fobs & tire pressure sensors, Brake rotors & drums, Exhaust Components, Vehicle trim items, Tires & Wheels, Maintenance items/services. For a complete list of Exclusions & Non-covered Parts please see your contract for details.

Based on Year model & Mileage of your current vehicle GM offers many customizable term & mileage options that best suit your driving needs. Please contact us so we can customize a plan for you.

Deductible options include $0, $100, and the Disappearing Deductible feature The Disappearing Deductible feature provides the ability to waive the $100 deductible when you return to our dealership where you purchased the plan for a covered repair.

Your vehicle can be taken to any Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, Cadillac Dealership or Licensed repair facility of your choice.

Rental car coverage, Towing & Roadside Assistance, Emergency Trip Interruption, Lost Key & Lock out Services.

The “WAITING PERIOD” is 30 days and 1,000 miles from the Contract Purchase Date. However, an additional 30 days and 1,000 miles will be added to Your Contract’s scheduled expiration. Therefore the Waiting Period will not reduce the actual time/mileage during which you have Coverage.

You may cancel your contract at any time, including when you sell or trade your vehicle or if a total loss occurs. If you cancel your contract within 60 days and no claims were filed you will receive a full refund. If you cancel after 60 days or if a claim was filed, you will receive a pro rata refund less cancellation fee. Transferable If you decide you sell your vehicle, your coverage can easily be transferred to the new owner upon payment of transfer fee & completion of paperwork.

We will gladly accept the following payments: Debit or Credit Card Transactions over the phone or through are website and Cash, Check or Card for all in Store purchases. Pay Plan We have teamed up with Pay Link which offers Interest Free Financing for 6,12, and 18 months depending on term of Protection Plan. There are no credit checks and financing is available for all customers with as little as 10% down of the Plan Price.

Absolutely you can, as long as the vehicle is eligible for coverage we can sell you a plan at any time. Just remember there will be a Mandatory waiting period before any claims can be made.
